Windows 10: Picures

I am getting all pictures, video and any thing that is on e-mail , you tube or any pictures on news feeds. like a flim nagitive the blacks are white and the whites are black. not any art work

My Lumia 1020 rotates videos and picures 90 degrees from the orientation they were recorded.

How do I stop this form happening?



How do I rotate videos back to the correct orientation on my phone?

I have windows 10 and am in need of a picure editor which is simple to use but which can resize, crop and cut out portions of a Picure. I do not want complex editor which is difficult to use. Any suggestions.

 

Saving contacts list (back up) to my computer "Shadow"

I have my contacts list in both my SIM card and on my phone. I have been able to navigate from phone to SIM in both directions. When I use the sinc port to connect my computer with the phone, I am able to see my picures, songs list etc. but not my contacts
list, where does is my contacts list reside on the computer side "drop down menue" for the phone???
