Windows 10: Pin isn’t available fix? Password is incorrect fix?

After restarting my pc It said my pin wasUnavailable it then said setup pinWhich no matter how many times I pressed itMorning would pop up and I could set it up again I then tried logging in with my password it said it was Incorrect so I had it reset from the Microsoft website And still it was incorrect I tried to do a factory reset the option was not there. I tried to open command prompt to see if I could login through that but it was not there. It’s saying to reset my password I must use a usb which doesn’t make any sense need some help with this issue seriously.

incorrect pin How to fix.

I have windows 10. When i boot up my pc it goes from screen saver immediately to a blurred screen where i put my pin # in but it won't let me. It says i tried too many times. Pin is incorrect. Then it gives me an option of a pin and it works. Why is this happening and how do i fix?

Hi Paloma, Thank you for your help. I would like to keep my files and apps and besides to reset my computer it is asking me admin password and the password is incorrect all the time. To enter safe mode, to choose advanced troubleshooting it requires admin password. I get into another standard local password, but I see that the PC can't be connected to internet. Network List service needs to be on, but it still asks admin password. Diagnostics Policy Services is not running. By the way this admin password incorrect and PIN reset disabled happened when I connect the PC to Ethernet cable after that something happened and PIN not available and then the admin password incorrect, but the password can open the other PC admin.
