Windows 10: PIN isn't available status: 0xc000006d, substatus: 0x0.

When attempting to sign in to my windows 10 account via my PIN on my desktop computer I recieve and error message saying, "Your credentials could not be verified." When I hit the "OK" button, I am prompted with another message stating, "Something went wrong and your PIN isn't available status: 0xc000006d, substatus: 0x0. Click to set up PIN again." However, when I click "Set up my PIN" to set up my PIN again, a Windows window begins to load and then closes before any information is presented. I also cannot click the forgot PIN option as the same result occurs with the window briefly poppi

When I click OK, it just goes back to the lock screen and the process starts over again. I cannot reset the password or create a new account.

I am unable to go past the login screen in my windows 11 pc , I remember my hello pin correctly but as soon as I enter it , it displays an error that your pin isn't available at the moment, I restarted several times , did many tweaks , followed various tutorials to fix this like startup repair menu and other things there but none of them worked . The reset pin option and others are also not working , I am not able to login to my pc. Firstly it says your credentials could not be verified , after that it says something went wrong and your pin isn't available ( status : 0xc000006d ,substatus : 0x0). Click to set up your pin again . But that set up pin again option is also not working and it return to the same login menu.
