  1. PIN issues

    Hi,

I am trying to create a new PIN because I am not able to remember which it will be. But I feel very frustrate doing that because I get stuck in the same spot every time I do it.

I enter my user and password and then when I hit forgot my PIN, asked me about the way to receive a code and then after that put the code on it and then asked me put your new PIN and repeat it. It pop us something like we weren't able to set up your PIN. You can try again, or skip this step and set up a PIN later.

If I wait for a while and try to do it again. The same thing happens and over and over and over. So, How can I set my PIN in order to use HELLO in my Window 10

    :)

Clear "Pin suggested" list in People Bar

Does anybody know how to clear the "Pin suggested" list on the "People bar"?

Contacts are added to the "Pin suggested" list once you've pinned and unpinned them. But there seems to be no obvious way to remove them from that list.

After playing around with this feature and pinning and unpinning many dummy contacts, it's rather annoying to see them in the "Pin suggested" list when you click on the "My People" icon in the taskbar.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

    PIN

To resolve this issue with your PIN, follow these step:

    • Restart your computer first, then after that, open File Explorer and browse to this location:
    C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local\Microsoft\NGC

    • Delete everything within that folder.
    • Go to Settings-> Accounts->Sign-in Options.
    • Click Add a PIN again and set your PIN.
    • PIN sign in should work going forward.

Let us know how this turns out.
