    PIN prompt on startup autofills with zeros


    Early last week I started to notice strange behavior like the shift key pasting the last copied text instead of being the shift key. I came back to my office after the long weekend to find my computer on the Windows 11 startup screen where it asks for the pin with the message "the pin has been entered incorrectly too many times". I restarted and found that the PIN input would autofill over and over again and I would get that same message.I have tried restarting without the keyboard plugged in and using the on-screen keyboard but the same thing happens. Updated the BIOS: same thing. Restored wi

    How do I disable pin requests for autofill passwords? Whenever I go to log in with a saved password my computer asks for my pin before logging me in.

    I have done that to the "edge" browsers. But I still do not get the 'autofill'. Any other suggestions?
