Windows 10: Pin was removed from sign up without my permission

I have a PC at home. No one was access to it except me. Typically I leave my pc on. This morning I woke up to find that my pc had restarted and that the

sign in pin had bean removed without me doing so. Is my PC safe? Should I be changing all my passwords?

I suggest you to follow the below steps to remove the sign in pin/password options.

• In the search box type sign-in-option.
• Click on the sign-in-option.
• Then you can find password/pin/picture password.
• There you can remove the option and check.

• Open Settings.
• Choose Accounts.
• Select Sign-in options.
• Under PIN, click Remove.

Can't create pin for login. Pin stopped working

To resolve your concern about creating pin to your computer, we suggest that you follow these steps:

• Navigate to C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local\Microsoft\NGC (click to get permission when prompted).
• Delete the contents of that folder (delete everything in that folder, but leave that folder and everything above it).
• Go back to settings, accounts, sign in options.
• Your non-working pin will now be gone, and you can just click 'add a pin' and set it again.
