Windows 10: Pin windows 10

I forgot my windows 10 pin and when i press reset my pin it says the user profile service failed the sign-in user profile cannot be loaded

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
