Accounts in WP8 keeps syncing, apps crashing

This is an old thread, but I ran into this issue this morning and it's been plaguing me all day. Thanks to this thread, I uninstalled Skype, rebooted my phone and am able to sync to my Outlook email account just fine now.

 

As of this morning I cannot edit my Word documents on my phone or on the web anymore

Do you get any error message? We need that word for word, please.
