    This is my last question for the day.

    My setup is like this VGA cord from computer with Windows 10 to monitor and HDMI cord from computer to TV.

    I have watched several tutorials (not on this site, If there is one let me know). I have tried to follow the instructions, but I must be doing something wrong or my Windows 10 does NOT have the tools to make it happen.

    I sure could use some help on this.

    Movies & TV app not working properly.

    Hi,

    I suggest you to un-install and re-install Movies & TV App and check. Follow the steps:

    • Press Windows Key.
    • Type Windows Powershell.
    • Right click on it and select Run as administrator.
    • Type in the following command to un-install Movies & TV App.
    get-appxpackage *Microsoft.ZuneVideo* | remove-appxpackage

    Note: The Movies & TV App can be reinstalled using the Store App or by following the link mentioned below. You will need to exit the Store app if it is already open before reinstalling the app.

    DTS audio is not playing on Movies&Tv

    Hi Abdul,

    A DTS audio file format is not supported by the Movies&Tv app which is why you're unable to play it. To better assist you, we suggest that you visit this

    link    . From there you'll see all of the file formats being supported by the Movies&Tv app.
