    Windows 10 DVD player will not play DVD movies on 3 different PCs. Why??

    Upgraded 3 different PCs from win7 to win10. On each, the DVD drive will read file disks but none will play DVD movies; get "error, movie cannot be decoded". VLC plays the movies normal on all of these DVD drives. Any suggestions?
