Windows 10: Playready content doesnt work

I cannot find any test pages other than this page.

I get the below error.

Video decoder or demuxer had an error with the content
(PLAYBACK_VIDEO_DECODING_ERROR)

When I try to play on netflix in edge I get error code d7361-1253, I am on clean install of windows 10 LTSC with updates applied.

If I disable playready in edge, both sites work but using the poorer widevine instead.

edge://gpu shows hardware playready support.

Any ideas?

I just need to know that, "is there any PlayReady 3.0 compliant Displays (external Monitor) or Non-PlayReady 3.0 compliant Display Exists?".
And, Do you have to have PlayReady 3.0 compliant Displays (external Monitor) to run the PlayReady 3.0 content on that display?
