Windows 10: Please help 0xc0000001 and 0xc0000089 error at the same time !!

I recently decided to restart my pc but this weird repair loop started happening I tried so many things but nothing would work I couldn’t get into my pc so I tried something on YouTube and now I get both of these errors and I can’t even reach the normal startup settings I’m crying right now my mom is going to beat my **** after doing the tutorial to fix the blue screen repair loop my pc also turns off every minute someone please I beg you I just want to get back in my pc again : https://imgur.com/a/KwErRUv image proof

Tried Andre Da Costa suggestion - at the end of the installation process comes the message "Inaccessible boot device" and it reloop again to try to boot.
