Windows 10: Please Help ,Blue Screen Repeatedly

I haven't had this problem in years. But now i just cant get anywhere i was resetting my laptop to factory settings it didn't work now all i get is a blue screen thay says your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart we're just collecting some error info and then well restart for you

I cant even boot into safe mode to fix the problem it i tried pressing the lower button three times too see if the win re screen comes up like I read but it just doent come up ive powered off and on more than several times but the same screen comes up over and over im at a loss

after monthes of running system it was fine then on windows 7 it blue screened after looking it over myself and getting advice from local pc shop they suggest upgrading os will fix the issue so I upgraded to win 8.1 and along followed the blue screens now again upgrading after more advice I'm on win 10 and the bluescreens followed as a bad pool error rebooting I have included the requested report please help as spending the $150 the local pc shop wants is my next step
