    Cloning HDD to SSD KEEPS FAILING

    I keep trying to clone my hard drive to my SSD. It will go on for about a minute, then fail, giving me the code: 308401[04b4b1]. I have tried all of the troubleshooting and none of them have worked. I have gone to This PC and then clicked manage, then
    went to storage >disk management, and saw that my SSD was offline. So I turn it online, but it will automatically revert to offline. I have no idea how to fix this, so any help would be appreciated.
