Windows 10: Please help I can't connect to wifi, I get a msg saying wifi doesn't have a valid ip address

After months of no problems, I'm back with another one I can't solve so let's get straight to the problem. For the past 2 months, I haven't been able to connect to my main wifi and keep getting a msg when I troubleshoot saying no valid IP address..... I’ve been through so many videos and would love it if someone can give me a solution that isn’t flush or release or renew or whatever with cmd or network reset or uninstall the WiFi adapter, I've seen the same exact solutions over and over but none of them worked.

Now your probably wondering what I meant by main wifi, well right now I'm using an extender to connect to the internet but it really sucks, it's slow and cuts off all the time so yea I've been looking for a solution for months but nothing so far works so please if anyone knows how to fix this comment down below and yes I already tried changing the DNS address and IP address multiple times and changed them back to default.

Oh one last thing, this problem as far as I can tell either started after I installed my new GPU or after a windows update, idk why installing a GPU would cause the problem but just thought I mention it but once I think about it, doesn't make sense because I can connect to the wifi extender but I can't connect to the main wifi it's self.

WiFi IP address in not valid

My laptop is connected to the wifi but there is no internet access when i run the windows diagnostic it is showing wifi has no valid ip address ,also i connect it through ethernet cable again same problem,invalid ip address please help me.
