Windows 10: Please help i have got in this situation?

My capacity of RAM is 4GB i can't increase it.So i have 64-bit windows 10 i takes 2GB and 2GB remains.Than i will install linux in virtual machine for my work it will take 1GB and than i will have total 1GB remaining. If i do this then what will happen? Does my pc will run too slow?

• Did you install any third party security application?
• What was the exact reason for you to perform troubleshooting steps from a third party website?
• When exactly you receive this error?

I suggest you to run Windows update troubleshooter and check if it helps to perform updates.

• Type troubleshooting in the search bar.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• Select View all on the top left corner.

this is my model of the computer:



and I'm very sure that I don't have any problem with my ms. office, and I don't use third party security app.

when the error pop out came out, task manager shows it as COM Surrogate and details say it is dllhost.exe.

I got this error when I'm done troubleshooting windows update KB3122947 with this step:

Run CMD as admin:

dism /online /add-package /packagepath:C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download\c4a1b8896ce9fbfea96c1ee6890d52a5\windows10.0-kb3122947-x64.cab

and it was successful.

How can I determine where this error is coming from and correct/remove? i googled it everywhere and none works please help

 

My personal experience is that a 4GB Windows 10 64-bit host will run a Linux VM (depending on the demands of each OS and installed programs), but you will need better specified hardware to run this setup well - without running into memory problems.

You may experience some performance issues, like lags or temporary system freezes.

 

as already said ,as long so what your doing isn't really ram intensive, it should work just fine,, I think I would just use 1 gig or even 1.5 for linux and the rest for win10
