Windows 10: [PLEASE HELP] Laptop basically not working after 2004 update

Last night I installed the Windows 10 2004 update. When I use my laptop now (XPS 13 9360), every single application I use becomes unresponsive and frozen - even task manager.



Restarting my laptop takes significantly longer, around 3-5 mins or so. And after restarting, Windows runs smoothly again but shortly afterwards I face the issues as stated above.



Please help me out. Should I revert back to a previous build, or is there some type of fix? Am more than happy to provide screenshots of anything necessary.

What about MSI GS60 or Lenovo Y50? THey are light, portable and powerful... also both are 15" and in your budget. *Toast :toast:

 

Cannot login to windows 10 after update! PLEASE HELP!

Thank you for the advice on enabling the administrator account. I follow all the steps and enabled the administrator account but I am still unable to log in. I am attaching 2 photos of the screens I am able to see at boot up.




I have no way to choose which account to log in with.
Any other ideas or suggestion?
