Windows 10: Please help me my fellow techies....Script host error everytime I boot up Windows 10

Hey guys was hoping someone could shed some light on this script host error I get every time I start my pc...Also every single time i boot up either by restart or from the off state, Windows goes into the diagnosing my PC/ Auto Repair menu...Both issues started at the same time..I have Norton 360 and have done multiple scans and even a power eraser and it has found nothing..I also just noticed 2 command prompt windows open and than close in the blink of an eye....

Start with Step 4 to turn off Startup freeloaders which can conflict and cause issues, then Step 7 to check for infection the most thorough way, then step 10 to check for damaged System Files.
