    please help me with deleting pbtmp.245.html/virus that blocks my internet


    i am trying to surf the web and all browsers are blocked showing a message " file:///C:/ProgramData/pbtmp245.html "i tried unistalling chrome and reinstalling it and didnt help- used microsoft saftey scaneer and didt show any virus threats.please help
