Windows 10: please help me

so I bought a brand new laptop and from day one the touch pad didn't work, the laptop came with a smart pen to be used as a mouse so I thought maybe you could not use them both at once so I started exploring in my settings trying to see if I could switch back in forth between them what I ended up find was a error code in my device manager for the touch pad so I tried uninstalling drivers and reinstalling with no luck so I contacted Microsoft about the issue they ended up wiping my computer all the way out because it was brand new anyways I didn't have much on it yet and it still did not fix the problem so I contacted them again after hours of being on the computer with Microsoft having remote access to try and fix the issue he eneded up wanting to uninstall windows and reinstall it again for like the 3rd time now well doing so it ended our chat session and I was left to try and reinstall on my own well before that could even happen something went wrong and the unistall reinstall process stopped it did not finish so now it is telling me to activate windows that I have pretty much a stolen verision of windows and I don't have a windows key or something like that so I really need help because I am not good at computers and I can not get a hold of Microsoft and im really irritated and my touch pad still does NOT work!!!!!!

Edge Search Does Not Permit Change of Region


I got these suggestions from the Microsoft Community forum.No. 1 worked for me:

Thank you for posting the query on Microsoft Community. I am glad to assist you on this.
We have reproduce the issue here and we are able to access non-regional search for google using Microsoft Edge.
I would suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.
Step 1:
Clear browsing data option of Microsoft Edge and check if you face the issue. To do so perform the steps below.

1. Click on the More actions icon next to the feedback icon present on top right corner of the Project Spartan homepage.
2. Select Settings and click on Choose what to clear.
3. Check the boxes Browsing history, Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files and click on Clear.

Step 2:
I suggest you to create a new user account and check if the issue occurs.

1. Go to Settings.
2. Choose Accounts and then select Family and other users.
3. Select add someone else on this PC.
4. Enter a user name and hit next.
5. Click on Finish.
6. Sign out from the current Account and Log into the new account.

Step 3:
It could also happen because of network issue. I suggest you to try with different network connection and check if it helps.
