Windows 10: please help new laptop can't download/update windows 11 due to lack of storage, suggestions.??

I just got my laptop a month and a half ago and it is already saying it's out of storage and can't download the windows 11 update. I thought I deleted a bunch of things but its barely anything. I have cleared the caches and deleted the temporary files and deleted my recycle bin. Please help

Windows 10 Won't Update Due to Lack of Storage

Trying to update Windows 10 security updates but continue to receive message that to delete temporary files to free up 8 gb of data by following the link provided. My device came with 28.5 gb of storage. of which 21.4 gb reserved for system and reserved
and 7.1 gb .that cannot be deleted. I tried connecting a brand new 1 tb external drive but my system as directed without success. It seems like my Dell did not include enough storage to allow for these updates. Any suggestions? Thx

 

Suggestions for multi-tasking laptop

Good day. I need some help picking out a new laptop and was wondering if I could get some suggestions from the members here.

The laptop will be for personal and business use and needs to be able to run multiple applications simultaneously with ease. It also has to have a Windows OS. As far as budget, I'm undecided, but I'm prepared to spend over $1,500. If you could, maybe suggest a low end laptop around $1,500 and another slightly better machine around the $2,000-$2,200 mark.

To give you an idea of what the machine will be handling on a daily basis, listed below are the applications I currently have running and usually have running at all times.

--Google Chrome with 7 tabs open (blogs/forums)
--Photoshop CS4 with 3 files open, the largest being a 2550x3300 pixel, 35MB file
--Spotify
--Microsoft Word
--FilaZilla Cilent
--IrfanView
