Windows 10: PLEASE HELP

I have been completely hacked, the hacker is doing it by cloning or coding something, as i get the two factor auth sms back with either a star * substitued for the last number of either of my mobiles or an i i replacing the @ symbol when microsoft confirms your change with an sms. Please help me guys, ive been fighting this since November, every couple of months this guy comes back. No, i dont do porn, dark net or any other dodgy things. I have not only changed my microsoft password and all my other passwords literally wvery hour or so, but i got a new phone a month ago after the first set of attacks, paid for password managers, bought cloud services and have put passwords and 2FA and pins and keys everywhere. I cant get a hold of microsoft at all, Apple just want me to format the phone WHICH I DID THIS MORNING, i cant turn my laptop on, cause he has changed my password, i run Bitdefender Total on my computer, several long passwords protect my network, i really really need some help here guys. I have plenty of photos and screen shots of the various things im dealing with. I dont know why Microsoft cant just look at the activity logs....My passwords are getting changed every hour, my numbers change with the star thingy etc etc and no, i dont believe its phishing, when i get back into the privacy thing, it clearly shows :’ *** Email address is removed for privacy ***..... when i return it is clearly examplimail.com ‘ the phone number goes clearly from 123456 to 012345*... PLEASE INSTRUCT or help. I run authenticator which also isnt helping. Please. He’s clearly coming through my iphone too, iPhone 11, password, facescan and all the rest.

Edge Search Does Not Permit Change of Region


I got these suggestions from the Microsoft Community forum.No. 1 worked for me:

Thank you for posting the query on Microsoft Community. I am glad to assist you on this.
We have reproduce the issue here and we are able to access non-regional search for google using Microsoft Edge.
I would suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.
Step 1:
Clear browsing data option of Microsoft Edge and check if you face the issue. To do so perform the steps below.

1. Click on the More actions icon next to the feedback icon present on top right corner of the Project Spartan homepage.
2. Select Settings and click on Choose what to clear.
3. Check the boxes Browsing history, Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files and click on Clear.

Step 2:
I suggest you to create a new user account and check if the issue occurs.

1. Go to Settings.
2. Choose Accounts and then select Family and other users.
3. Select add someone else on this PC.
4. Enter a user name and hit next.
5. Click on Finish.
6. Sign out from the current Account and Log into the new account.

Step 3:
It could also happen because of network issue. I suggest you to try with different network connection and check if it helps.
