Windows 10: PLEASE HELP!!!!!

So I accidentally removed admin privileges and when I try to download something it just says type in admins password but I don't even know the password and I don't think I have ANY administrators on my PC. I tried to reinstall windows from settings and it asked for admins password like I said I don't know the password. I searched up how to reset the password, I tried it, it didn't let me restart my PC in safe mode. What do I do now? I want to fix this as quickly as possible so that I can continue with my day.

Maybe like a step by step if its not too much of a problem!

Plus i do have a backkup bios

Only thing when i do insert the PCIE card the computer starts up but the monitor stays on standy!
