hello thanks for information , but i have another problem with my computer. my computer and external hard disk work very good for more than a year . i one day my computer speaker did not work i try to back up speaker but still did not work . then i try to recovery my computer during recovery my external hard disk disconnected accidently when this happen my computer stop recovery and my hard disk change name from Seagate to recover and lots of my file not showing up i can not use them . when i am tryingagain to do recovery or reset to defoold non of these work . i tried file explorer , hidd
