    Hi. I want to download Roblox from the Microsoft store but when I try to install it, it gets stuck at the acquiring license only and doesn't download the game. Pls can anyone help me, I really need it.

    thanks for ur assistance. followed the steps prescribed. I am backing up my phone contents now. however, the contacts list seems not to be available when i tried sync . I am open to more suggestions pls
