    Do I have to update these drives? I hate updating becz it makes more problems and goes on my nerve... my laptop works perfectly fine btw. My question is can I just live with it or if I don't update my laptop will be harmed. Idc about bugs but if it is going to be major then I will be concerned. Plsss help

    Resolution Suggestion:

    # To resolve this problem, make sure that BITS and the Automatic Updates service are started..

    A simple solution but one that works in most circumstances!

    1. Click Start, click Run, type services.msc, and then click OK.

    2. In the list of services, right-click Automatic Updates, and then click Properties.

    3. In the Startup type list, click Automatic, and then click Apply.

    4. If Service status is set to Stopped, click Start, and then click OK.

    5. Right-click Background Intelligent Transfer Service, and then click Properties.

    6. In the Startup type list, click Manual, and then click Apply.

    7. If Service status is set to Stopped, click Start, and then click OK.

    Hi all *Smile PLSSSS HELP -----Do I have to update these drives. I hate updating becz it makes more... :)

    so to start I have a pretty crappy memory and usually forget which drivers need updating, the only I do generally is my GPU driver but that is only because Windows tell's me so.

    What I want is a list of drivers what need to be updated regulary and the one's not so often so please can you help me with this?

    Regular.
    GPU


    Every so often.
    Audio
    Chipset
    Ethernet/LAN
    Motherboard BIOS
    RAID
