Windows 10: plugins do not work in photoshop elements 2018 with windows 10

I just installed Photoshop Elements 2018 on one laptop that has Windows 7 and another laptop that is using Windows 10. The plugin for ON1 Photo Raw 2019 in Photoshop Elements using Windows 7 works fine, but the Windows 10 version on the other laptop says it could not complete the ON1 Develop 2019 command because of a disk error. Is there a fix in Windows 10 that can be made so the plugin will work on the laptop with Windows 10? That is only difference between the two computers so it must be due to a glitch in Windows 10. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have Windows 10 and my Photoshop Elements 7 will not work. Is Photoshop Elements 2018 compatible with Windows 10?

 

Photoshop Elements 2018

I bought Photoshop Elements 2018 on the windows store. When i try to run it, it kept on saying not enough ram and i need to select the integer between 50-to 8. I tried to run regedit but when i follow the videos, i went to software and adobe but there is
not a photoshop window showing up, from the windowsSomeone said if i bought the element from the windows store, i'd have to create a new folder but i don't know how to create a new folder

please help me

Download Photoshop Elements 14, 13, 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, and 7

After downloading the setup file, Install the setup files through compatibility mode by following the below steps.

I suggest you to install the program in compatibility mode and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

1. Right-click on the setup file of the driver and select Properties.

2. Select Compatibility tab.

3. Check Run this program in Compatibility mode and Run the program with Windows 8.
