    I recently switched to the Chromium based version of Edge.

    Screen captures using the snipping tool, and the full-screen grab (windows key + print screen) both look bad. Pastels go to white, etc.

    The same thing happens in Chrome.

    It does not happen in Internet Explorer 11, and it didn't happen in the non-Chromium Edge browser.

    Is this a bug, or an intellectual property protection feature?

    I have uninstalled chrome and chromium, but chromium is still running on my computer how is this ???

    Before proceeding, we need more information to help you better.


    • Did you get any error when you tried to uninstall Chrome and Chromium?

    • How did you install Chrome and Chromium? Is it through the Windows store, third party website or any other source?

    • Does the issue persist only while you try to uninstall Chrome and Chromium?

    Does anyone know if the developer tools in the new Chromium-based Edge are Edge’s tool or Chrome’s?
