Windows 10: popups and ads

Discus and support popups and ads in AntiVirus, Firewalls and System Security to solve the problem; hello im having a lot of popups and tried all sorts of anti malware and antiviruses available from the net and pchelpforum.com but it was unable to fix...     popups and ads


    hello im having a lot of popups and tried all sorts of anti malware and antiviruses available from the net and pchelpforum.com but it was unable to fix my problem. some of them appeare in chinese and i think have something to do with baidu. please help

    It seems to be a better program, at least no enerving ads. Be careful what you mean with the star icon, there is a yellow one at the lower left. I didn't see the one to the right and clicked the yellow one.

    Popup ads

    It is when I use the Gmail shell from Windows8phoneapps. It is a free program but it has no purchase option.

    What have you ran already?

    Try Malwarebytes, Hitman Pro and ADWCleaner for a start

    yes, ive used those. but i dont think it helped. i am doing scans for pchelpforum.com but they couldnt fix it las time this is why i am here to see if they have answers

    Malwarebytes | Junkware Removal Tool


    Try Junkware Removal from Malwarebytes.

    Try a System Restore to a point prior to the issue. Since you have ran numerous scans, consider a System Reset of Win10. Your files and most apps would not be effected.
