Windows 10: Ports won’t work Usb-C, Hdmi, etc..

I’m using a what I believe to be Ryzen 5 3400G paired with a Radeon 570 GPU. I fiddled with my RAM and put them perfectly back in place but my motherboard ports wont work, nor the ones on my GPU. I’ve tried the one RAM stick method but that doesn’t work either and not sure what to do or how to fix it. Windows, I believe 64-bit, operating system

HDMI and USB-C ports are not working

Hey,

After update on my Asus UX330CAK HDMI and USB-C ports are not working. So i can´t use my new monitor HP 24er.

Windows 10 Home 1709 / 16299.192

I have tried already deleting and reinstalling drivers and going back to older version by recovery, but for some reason it is cancelled because of antivirus?

Can you help me?

Hey John,

No affects on that. Still not connected to second monitor. I am more interested to get HDMI to VGA connection to work, since only using laptops screen at this time. I have tested that monitor works and all the cables are alrigt since i have duplicates and
they all work with other computer.

I have also posted a question for Asus, but since both USB C and HDMI ports are not working and those used to work before update daily, i think this is software related.

I will try that Robert as soon as I understand how. And yes my screen blinks and no affects to other monitor. Just says vga and hmdi are inactive.

And for John. Something got right, since Windows doesn´t anymore say that it doesn´t regocnice USB-C port. But yeah, neither still works and no second screen.
