Windows 10: Possible corrupt profile or security setting issues?

Hey guys, so I've been in contact with ESO supportElder Scrolls Online and they told me to contact microsoft for further support.The issue I'm having is that ever since installing windows 11, I can't seem to launch ESO.Whenever I launch the game for the first time through the launcher nothing happens.When I run the task manager, I can see an instance of ESO running, but there's nothing happening on my screen.The weird part is if I try to do anything, such as open a browser and type something into the address bar, it's SUPER slow and delayed.If I try to close the item in task manager, nothing

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

 

Corrupt tile database - Profile issue?

Having tried all reasonable suggestions I can find here and elsewhere, I've had to open this problem up as a new thread.

My Start button/icon will not open my profile start menu/apps. Winver is Windows 10 Home 1902 (Build 18362.116). Checkdsk/SFC/DISM report no errors. ISO refresh and repair was successful. Start Troubleshooter reports a corrupt file database. No other errors reported. I've tried various registry suggestions like clearing the cache and resetting the layout but without success. I created a new user account which does not have an issue with the Start menu.

I'm left with the conclusion that my current profile is corrupt in some manner. I read that copying the tile database from the "good" new user account to my current account will solve this issue but the TileDataLayer folder does not exist in the "good" new account. I've also read that copying the entire profile contents of the "good" new user to my my current account will solve the issue but this seems a very heavy hammer and also copies the corruption across(?). There must be a specific corruption or associated corrupt files that is causing the issue rather than a totally corrupt current account. I have no other issue with the PC or my current user account than what is reported (and unfixed) by the Start Troubleshooter.
Suggestions most welcome, as always.

It is possible that this issue is due to the corrupted user profile. To properly troubleshoot the issue, kindly verify the following:

• Have you tried using another user profile and test the issue?
• Have you tried performing a clean boot to eliminate software conflicts?
• Have you tried running System File Checker to check for any file corruption?
