Hello. I hope you are having a good day, reading these problems all day probably can get pretty monotonous. So I thought I'd start by saying thank you for helping me with this issue. I truly do value the help. Now, recently a group called PC NETWORK EXPERTS installed showed up as my grandmother's computer was crashing. They claimed to be a third party company affiliated with Microsoft virus protection/Security. My grandmother gave them remote access and they proceeded to install programs such as CCleaner, ANTI HACKING, Network Firewall, Network security 7.0. Banking Security, and ATF-Cleaner, for which they charged her two hundred and fifty dollars, I believe. via check.....Which concerns me deeply. Now I apologize for such a long winded rundown, but my question is simply this. Is this group an actual independent virus protection company that is Microsoft certified? I have run multiple antivirus scans on the programs but they come up clean. Thank you for your time, I am very concerned. Oh I also have they're number and their alternate number. 1-855-500-0395, 1-855-900-0867. Is this an OBVIOUS scam or am I just being cynical, and these guys are okay? I really would appreciate help as soon as you are able. Thank you very much.

    :)
