Windows 10: Possible to determine how a user authenticated: Password, PIN, Biometric etc.?

For an unknown reason, something possessed me to click a 'Learn More' link while setting up biometric sign-in, something I've done dozens of times before. I quickly scanned the page skimming each section, not really looking for anything in particular, until I read "What data is collected, and why". In there it says:

To help us keep things working properly, to help detect and prevent fraud, and to continue improving Windows Hello, we collect diagnostic data about how people use Windows Hello. For example, data about whether people sign in with their face, iris, fingerprint, or PIN; the number of times they use it; and whether it works or not...

This got me wondering, is that a data stored somewhere that can be queried? (e.g.: WMI, Registry, Event Logs etc.) I'm particularly interested in learning what the adoption of Windows Hello [for Business] is within our organization.

If anyone has insight into this I would definitely be interested having a discussion on that.

PIN/Biometric not working

I'm having Windows 10 installed on a lenovo laptop. My laptop was working fine untill yesterday. Today morning when I was trying to sign in, windows was showing message, "something happened and your PIN isn't available". At this time, my biometric password
was also not working, if tried with biometric it says PIN is required to sign in. When I tried to sign in using password, it is saying incorrect password although password os correct. Basically all three ways of sign in PIN, biometric and password is not working
and I'm unable to sign in.

Can someone please suggest a way to solve the issue without loosing data.

Authentication using Password+PIN

Hi,



Users have hardware Token device and software token application on Mobile.

So they login using windows password and generates the PIN from hardware Token Device and Mobile apps and enter it in place of PIN for authentication.



I want help to do the changes in the logon screen; on logon screen it should show only two user.



1) Administrator 2) Radius user



It should not show "other user" options. or if shows then users without Password+PIN cant login in that system



PIN should be compulsory for every users either it local or Domain users.
