Windows 10: Post Rest and TPM, laptop stuck on initial on screen

Did a reset on my Toshiba Laptop, which was running Win 10. Reset completed, then displayed the screen asking if I wanted to clear TPM and I said yes. For the LAST FOUR HOURS, the machine goes to the initial "Toshiba Leading Innovation" start screen, waits a few minutes and then reboots to the exact same screen.


Please someone tell me how to unbrick my laptop!

Bitlocker stuck on initializing screen on Windows 7 on Dell laptop

When Bitlocker stuck on initializing screen on Windows 7 most probably is that mother TPM firmware is 2.0

The solution was downgrade TPM firmware to 1.2 using a tool provided by Dell to downgrade tpm firmware for that laptop model.

 

TPM cleared Windows stuck


Cleared TPM after password logon problems. Now Window stuck on 64% on initializing screen keep flashing Dell welcome screen then initializing screen for Windows with 64% and bottom of screen says something configuration 0% computer will restart in a few moments that was 6 hrs ago.

 

Need help on whether to clear TPM on not

It's clear as mud. As far as I can tell, it's specific to Windows, not necessarily activated programs like MacAfee, games, etc etc etc. MS Office, I have no idea.
