Windows 10: Postpone or Schedule Startup Apps

Discus and support Postpone or Schedule Startup Apps in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; Do you experience the same thing if you log off, log on?   2. Logging out and logging back in doesn't help.


    In Event Viewer, I didn't find anything useful except a message about finding more information in Control Panel. There I discovered that, in addition to Pandora hanging, Microsoft.Messaging_8wekyb3d8bbwe!ppleae38af2e007f4358a809ac99a64a67c1 stops working a lot. Also, Control Panel has a graph which shows that since the 1511 update, my system's stability peaked at 3 or 4 out of 10. Since, the two logs are about 40 lines long I thought I'd check before uploading them.

    I tried clicking "Check for a solution", and it just says "No new solutions found."

    (Also, I was wrong about Pandora not automatically updating itself. Control Panel shows 4 unsuccessful attempts.)

    Curious, but why are using the desktop program (I presume it is the Pandora One program)? Have you looked at the troubleshooting steps at http://help.pandora.com/customer/en/...ne-desktop-app ? There is a Windows Store app (published by Pandora itself) plus Pandora works fine in a browser too (for which you could create a shortcut to launch).

    I use the app because it's more convenient than the website, and it worked fine before the 1511 update. I'll look into the other things you suggested, and, I guess, I should post in a different thread to try to get the other issues resolved.

  5. Resetting Windows yesterday seems to have helped. I'm not sure how much yet.
