    Power Management Gauge error on windows 7


    Hello All,I am getting an error on windows 7 about Power Management Gauge error . I am using Lenovo notebook. , When I start my computer and sign in to my Windows account then I only got this error "An error occurred while loading Resource DLL" by Power Management Gauge . Windows only has this error message on the screen and everything else is all black. I am unable to open anything. I am unable to do anything else. Please help me. I have my pending bills coming.I can open task manager but when I am trying to open any browser or program then it could not open. However, the cursor show

    Lenovo Thinkpad Power Manager Gauge

    Upgraded to windows 10 and started getting this error. "power manager gauge not responding. Resoure DLL failed to load".
