Windows 10: Power Management tab in Device Manager not available?

I would like to use the Wake on LAN feature of Teamviewer to remotely boot my computer. For this purpose, the network card must not be switched off in energy-saving mode or in shutdown mode. You can set this in the device manager under the tab Energy Management of the network card. Unfortunately I do not have this tab. In the net I find everywhere the same instructions to solve this problem: In the registry, set the variable "CsEnabled" at the location "Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Power" to 0. Problem: when I do this, absolutely nothing happens. Can anyone give me possible reasons and/or solutions? Thanks!

MSI b450 Tomahwak Max

AMD Ryzen 5 3600X

What else could be decisive? If there is still information needed, I will of course give it to you.

One such thread suggested an old ethernet drive could give rise to the tab missing.

Some threads suggest that anything preventing sleep may conflict with this.

Device Manager Power Management Tab is not available and In Power Tab attached devices is not listing

Hello,

I am facing an issue where Power management tab in the device manager is not visible and in the Power tab the attached device is not listing.

It will be great if i get the solution at the earliest.

I tried changing different Power Plans but it did not helped me out.
