Windows 10: PowerShell can't open

I need help. Why can't I open the PowerShell window?

It keeps on saying "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator".

How to solve this problem? What is the restrictions tho? Can somebody help me?

Btw, my windows is Window 10 Home Single Language and been using Smadav free. Does this affect anything regarding this powershell?

Apparently wget and curl are aliases in powershell for something else than wget and curl.

 

Mail app will not open on 10041.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)
