Windows 10: Preinstalled Software HP Inc.

Hi!


So recently, I used three softwares to remove malware a trojan virus specifically from my laptop. One of the softwares brought to my attention the existence of several pre-installed softwares from HP Inc. I was wondering if I should delete these? They are... Preinstalled.HPAudioSwitch, Preinstalled.HPCleanFLC, Preinstalled.HPRegistrationService, Preinstalled.HPSupportAssistant, and Preinstalled.HPSureConnect. I'm just wondering if they could potentially be harmful. Just trying to be wary especially since I don't know if this virus is 100% gone though I think it is?

HP Inc firmware update

hello

while updating windows updates there was HP Inc firmware update waiting in the list in hp laptop [HP 15 da0327tu]

I immedietly paused the update as I was scared of updating the BIOS

SOME EXPERT ADVISE NEEDED

I also unistalled HP support assistant because of automatic BIOS


update

HP Connected Remote is an app that comes preinstalled on select Windows HP computers. I would suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it resolves this issue.

• On the Windows 10 Start screen, type hp connected remote.
• Click HP Connected Remote from the Apps search results.
• Click Settings, and make sure Enable HP Connected Remote is turned On.
