    Premier Elements 15 Video Editor problem since 1809 Update


    I updated to 1809 this morning and now my Premier Elements Video Editor will not run. I've tried reinstalling it from the disc, but it made no difference. Organizer will open.


    Any ideas?

    Premiere Elements 15 Sound

    The sound has failed on my Premiere Elements 15 editor. All media affected. I have not changed any settings since the last successful edit. I exported just one clip as an MP4 as a test and the sound DOES work on the MP4. Any suggestions

    Premiere Elements and Windows 10 upgrade

    My computer has just completed the latest windows 10 upgrade after a very long wait. Now when I run Adobe Premiere Elements 15 it does not play sound which makes editing difficult. Any suggestions?

    Is Windows 10 compatible with Adobe Premiere Elements 10?

    I have upgraded to Widows 10 and find that in Adobe Premiere Elements 10, audio playback is fine but there is no video playback. What is the solution to this problem?

    I had the same problem and upgraded to Premiere Elements version 14. The upgrade has many improvements over version 10, is worth the cost and works perfectly on Windows 10.

    Many thanks for this reply. Is there any problem with opening projects edited in Adobe Premiere Elements 10 in version 14?
