    You can contact the Outlook.com support team through the in-product support to have it deactivated. To do so, kindly follow these steps:

    • Log in to Outlook.com.
    • Click on the question mark button on the upper-right corner of the Outlook.com page.
    • Click on Help.
    • Type in your request, then click on Get help.

    Once you've sent your request, the Outlook.com support team will get back to you as soon as possible.

    • Are you accessing your Visual Studio on a shared drive?
      • No. The Visual Studio is on a local disk.
