Windows 10: Pressing Windows + Spacebar brings up 5 different languages, I only want two!

I only want norwegian English United Kingdom and Norwegian bokmål.

I'm John an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft user like you. I want to apologize if you encountered this issue. I understand you have a problem with extra keyboard language.

Press Start then search Powershell

Right Click then Run as administrator

Paste the command below then hit Enter:

$UserLanguage = New-WinUserLanguageList en-GB

After that, Paste the command below then hit Enter:

Set-WinUserLanguageList $UserLanguage

Exit Powershell then restart your computer

After restart, English (United Kingdom) will be the only keyboard layout under Preferred Languages. Kindly add the Norwegian keyboard layout again.

I understand your concern and will assist you to resolve this issue.



I suggest you to remove the language and try to re-add download the Chinese language and check if it helps.

To change the language follow the steps below.

• Press and hold the Windows logo key and then press the Spacebar repeatedly, you will be able to switch between the languages.
