Windows 10: Prevent local admins from installing printers

I have a number of users laptops that are Intune enrolled and Azure Hybrid joined. The users are local admins on their windows 10 laptops and I am trying to restrict the users from being able to install printers on their laptops for data security. I have been able to prevent the users from being able to install printers via devices and printers using a policy as well as blocking USB printer driver installation by defining an Intune policy to block USB Printers GUID.The question I have is, is there a way that I can prevent these users from installing network/shared printers and likewise Wireles

Local account installation question

I'm fairly certain that Skip this step was available in 10.0.130 - the workaround in Step 20 (back button) is no longer required.

The currently known, as of 10.0.130, ways to create a Local account sign-in are

• Skip this step at the MS account creation phase
• No Internet connection during the install
• static IP (post# 2 by Fragment) - New (to me anyway)

 

Managing password resets for local admin

Yes, I can ping the printers by name. I have scheduled a meeting for next week so we can take a step back and try to look at the big picture. I really need to get more info at this point.
