Windows 10: Prevent Program Window movement

I have been trying to find a way to size and move several programs on the screen and then "Lock" their positions so that the end user cannot alter the positions or size through mouse movements or keystrokes. For the project I am working on, I will have four programs constantly running on a monitor and I want to be able to lock their positioning and size to prevent user manipulation but they should still be able to work within the window similar to how windowless Fullscreen prevents a user from interacting with the border to resize but can still interact with the program. Is this doable eith

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Mystery app preventing Windows 10 shutdown after update.

After much searching, and trying many, many suggestions, this is what eventually worked for me:-

Run Windows System File Checker
Your Windows PC comes with an in-built system file checker utility program. It can scan your system files and let you know if there is some corruption over there for which you get smashed
with the error message “Task Host Window Preventing Shutdown”. You must follow these simple steps here to run the Windows System File Checker,

• Press the Windows Logo Key + X from your PC
• From the drop-down list select the Command Prompt(Admin)
• Click on Yes if prompted for permission. It will open the elevated command prompt on your system
• Now, type in the following command and press the enter button
• sfc /scannow
• Then, wait until the System File Checker continues the process of scanning. Press Y if the program asks for permission to apply the fixes for your missing system files
• Finally, Restart your PC once again and check if you can get over the problem there

I found the above on a list of several suggestions, which are on the following link, but the above was what removed the problem for me.
