Windows 10: Printer connect to internet but keeps telling me it’s off line

Hi,


i have an acre laptop and hp printer, all of a sudden i keep getting errir reports telling me my printer us offline, its connected to wifi ok

1. Open Admin command and type: ipconfig
   
   
   
2. Win+X->Control Panel->Netwok and Sharing Center
   Follow the screen shot. This should disable internet access from this PC but allows access to local device(s)
   NOTE: Use the IP & Subnet Mask from step 1. Leave Default gateway & DNS Server blank

A. Type Control in Cortana Search > Click Control Panel

Type Printer in Control Panel Search (top right)

Click View Devices and Printers

Double click on the concerned printer to open Printer dialog box listing your jobs

Click Printer in Menu bar > Uncheck Use Printer Offline
