    HP printer not printing in color

    I am using Windows 10 & HP printer, was printing in color as of late Oct. 2019 no longer prints in color. It does print in color using an IPAD or Phone. I implemented all the steps in the troubleshooter and it still will not print in color. The test
    page does print in color. HP advised this is a Windows problem Need Help please.

    Printer will not print color

    printer will not print color when i want it to. the test page prints color, shows color levels are good. i go to advanced settings and select color..but it automatically sets it back to monochromatic as soon as i exit the settings menu. will not print
    anything for me in color.

    Printer will not print color

    I have an HP Envy 5540 printer and it stopped printing color. The test page prints color and the ink levels are fine.

    When I get into the App I can not access preferences

    It used to print colors fine before
