Windows 10: Printer Drive unavailable

New laptop with windows 10 s. When I plugged in Canon MF 3010 printer, laptop detected printer and installed. However, its says the printer driver is not available.

I can print from with in a document but I ca use a scan utility to scan from laptop.

How to remedy?

• Select View all on the top left corner.
• Click Hardware and device
  troubleshooter.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to run the troubleshooter.
• Check if issue persists.

Step 2: I suggest you to visit the manufacturer website of the printer and download and install the latest drivers and check if it helps.

Driver unavailable for my Epson XP-640 printer

Printer

I have tried this and my printer doesn't allow me to do this. It gives me choices to open, scan, etc.

It says the driver is unavailable. I have checked the HP site for a driver download for Windows 10 and none is available.
