    epsom printer want to just print in black and white

    thanks for all the troubleshooting steps. I believe my printer is working properly so do not intend to unistall/reinstall etc etc. It just seems the print options I used to have with windows 7 or xp to choose colour or black and white printing are not
    available now with windows 10.

    epsom printer want to just print in black and white

    HAve a TX550w Epson printer. used to have print option to select black and white. Seems with windows 10 or whatever software upgrade changed it that I cant find any options either on device settings or on the printer to set printer to print in just black
    and white. Anyone know how?

    Color prints black and white

    For us to isolate the issue on your printer, we suggest that you perform a copy of black and white document on your printer (use it like a photocopying machine).

    If you are still unable to print color , the issue might have something to do with the ink or nozzles. If it works, download the latest drivers
