    Printer ID doesn't match

    Printer properties, under General, how do you change the Model name of printer? It does not match what is listed in all other areas and I cannot print. HELP!

    matching printer with screen

    i dont know if anyone will be able to help me as im not sure there is software out there!

    what i need is somthing that will match my girlfriends screen with her monitor as she is booked up for a lot of weddings as shes a photographer and she edits photos at work but she wants to do some at home aswell, at her work they still use crt as the quality is better and they have a manual way to check the screen to printer. is there any software out there that can match a screen like mine to a high res printer?

    Hi Rodrigo,

    I am sorry to know that you are having issues with Printer.

    What and all steps have you tried so far?

    Restart the computer and check.

    Also, check for Windows updates.

    I suggest you to run the Printer Troubleshooter and check if it helps.


    • In Search window type Troubleshooting and click on it to open it.

    • Click on Hardware and Sound.

    • Then click on Printer to run the troubleshooter. Follow onscreen steps.
