Windows 10: printers

تحية طيبة و بعد

بعد قيامى بالتحديث من ويندوز 10 الاصدار 1803 إلى ويندوز 10 الاصدار 1809

ظهرت هذه المشكلة

هى أختفاء كافة تعريفات البرنترات من داخل add printers

و اصبح الويندوز 10 لا يستطيع التعرف على تعريف البرنتر اتوماتيك بل يجب تنصيب التعريف يدويا و هذا لم يكن موجودا سابقا بل كان يتعرف على اغلب البرنترات

After I update from Windows 10 version 1803 to Windows 10 version 1809



This problem appeared



Is the disappearance of all definitions of the protocols from inside add printers



Windows 10 can not recognize the automatic definition of the printer, but the installation must be manually installed. This was not previously present, but it recognized most of the protocols



What is the solution

I am sorry to know that you are having issues with Printer.

What and all steps have you tried so far?

Restart the computer and check.

Also, check for Windows updates.

I suggest you to run the Printer Troubleshooter and check if it helps.

• 
  In Search window type Troubleshooting and click on it to open it.
  
• 
  Click on Hardware and Sound.
  
• 
  Then click on Printer to run the troubleshooter. Follow onscreen steps.

• Press Windows/Start key.
• Type Devices and Printers and then tap or click Devices and Printers.
• Press and hold or right-click the printer you want to use, and then tap or click
  Set as default printer.
